摘要
职位分析是人力资源管理活动客观性和有效性的保证,在大学生村官选任中具有重大意义。但是,在当前的大学生村官选任实践中,由于大学生村官的身份不明、农村人才需求信息缺乏、大学生村官职位分析的动力不足等原因,存在缺乏系统、具体的职位描述和针对性的职位规范现象,对"大学生村官计划"的实施造成了一系列消极影响。
Position analysis guarantees the objectivity and effectiveness of human resource management, thus it has great significance to the selection of college student village officials. However, in the current practice there lacks a systematic and detailed position description and targeted position specification due to the ambiguity of the status, lack of the demand information of rural talents, and lack of motive power of position analysis, which has brought about a series of negative influence to the implementation of "College Student Village Officials Project".
