工学结合人才培养模式下高职院校学生工作的创新

On the Innovation of the Student Work of Higher Vocational Institutions under the Talent Training Mode of Work-study Combination

以职业为导向的工学结合人才培养模式,使高职院校的学生工作有了新的变化和特点。为此,高职院校在学生工作内容上,应大力加强学生职业道德的培养,实现"学校人"与"职业人"的对接,加强学生的岗位适应能力;在学生工作方法上,应创新与实习学生联系、沟通的手段,做好重点人群的教育管理工作,抓好重要环节的教育工作;在学生工作机制上,要努力构建企业、学校和家庭三方合作机制,推行专业教师与职业导师互动机制,完善工学结合人才培养模式下的学生工作管理制度。

The career-oriented talent training mode of work-study combination has brought new changes and features to the student work of the higher vocational institutions. In terms of the content of student work, the cultivation of student＇ s professional ethics should be strengthened so as to realize the combination of the ＂school students＂ with ＂professional workers＂, and to enhance students＇ abilities to adapt to work; in terms of the methods of student work, the means of contacting students who are practicing in enterprises should be innovated, and the education and management of key population and important aspects should be enhanced ; in terms of the mechanism of student work, the building of a cooperative mechanism of businesses, institutions and families, the promotion of interactive mechanism for professional development of teachers and vocational mentors should be strengthened, so as to improve the student work management model under the talent training mode of work-study combination.
