The paper thought that the moral hazard＇s basic features in US Subprime Mortgage Crisis were： lack of moral responsibility,capitalist system defects.Besides,the paper put forward the ethic rescuing ways of Subprime Mortgage Crisis,that is,to persist financial moral education,to rebuild financial ethic with faith at its core,to implement the social responsibility actively,to set up moral board of directors,to actualize the moral incentive and control mechanism,to perfect the operational mechanism of financial moral continuously.
