摘要 根据湖西矿井的地质条件、煤层赋存情况以及煤质类型进行了支架选型及参数计算,并针对31101煤层工作面顶板破碎易冒顶、底板较软的地质特点,确定了液压支架的结构,研制了ZY6800/24/50型掩护式液压支架。应用结果表明:该支架结构合理,可靠性高,操作和使用方便且人性化,该支架的各项性能指标满足湖西矿井的要求。 Based on the geological condition,coal seam occurrence conditions and coal quality types in Huxi Coal Mine,this paper made analysis for selection and parameter calculations of the support type on 31101 working face in coal seam.According to the conditions that the roof was unstable and easy to fall,the floor was also soft,the support structures were designed and ZY6800/24/50 shielding hydraulic support was developed.The result showed that the structure is reasonable and has high reliable stability,and of convenience operation,and all performance indexes can meet the demands of Huxi Coal Mine.
