Practice on Support Quick-withdrawing on Fully-mechanized Working Face

赵固一矿在综采工作面支架回撤过程中,通过预掘回撤通道、回采末期在顶板铺设金属网和圆木,支架回撤期间架前铺设钢板的方法,有效解决了高矿压、破碎顶板条件下支架回撤难题,实现了支架的安全快速回撤,节省了时间,经济、社会效益显著。

In the process of support withdrawing on fully-mechanized working face in Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine,methods of pre-excavation the withdrawing channel,pre-laying plate frame using pavement metal mesh,wire rope and logs on the roof at the end of mining,pre-laying plate in front of support during support withdrawing were used to solve the problem of support withdrawing under the conditions of high rock pressure and broken roof.Application of these methods achieved quick-withdrawing of support safely,and time was saved obviously,and had great social and economic benefits.
