摘要
社区戒毒是《禁毒法》中提出的新的戒毒模式。目前我国大多数地区尚未建立起专门的社区戒毒机构和工作队伍,工作机制和经费保障机制也还没有建立健全。建议:1.完善相关配套法规;2.借鉴外国成功经验;3.充分利用现有社区资源;4.制定有效的戒毒人员管控措施;5.建立专业化的工作队伍;6.多渠道解决资金问题。
Community drug detoxification is a new approach issued in Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Narcotics Control. However, in the majority of places, such institutions have not been set up, and working mechanism and financial support have not been developed neither. Suggestions： 1. improve relevant laws and regulations; 2. learn successful experiences abroad. 3. make use of community recourses, 4. make effective measures of management for drug addicts; 5. establish a professional personnel; 6. solve financial problems in various ways.
