摘要
《中华人民共和国禁毒法》实施后,面对强制隔离戒毒场所收戒人员的不断增多,使管理工作面临着新的挑战。通过对山西省强制戒毒场所收戒情况的分析研究,以对收戒人员中的艾滋病感染者和病人进行科学规范的管理提出分析建义。
With the continuous increase of the AIDS epidemic, a rising number of drug addicts are received in compulsory drug detoxification centers as Law on Narcotics Control is implemented, which is challenging to management. By studying the receiving of Shanxi compulso- ry rehabilitation centers, the essay proposes scientific management of people infected with HIV and HIV patients.
