电子生物反馈在临床偏瘫患者中的研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察电子生物反馈疗法对偏瘫患者运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法随机选择治疗组、对照组各40例,对照组用常规药物治疗配合早期康复治疗,治疗组同时配合电子生物反馈治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度评分、肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA),日常生活活动能力按Barthel指数积分(MBI)评定。结果治疗组治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度评分、MBI、FMA与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规药物治疗配合早期康复治疗可改善偏瘫患者的运动障碍,但配合电子生物反馈疗法的疗效更显著。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of electronic biofeedback therapy on dyskinesia of patients with cerebral palsy. Methods 40 Patients with cerebral apoplexy receiving the same traditional medicine and early rehabilitation treatment were randomly divided into two groups. For those in the treatment group electronic biofeedback therapy was added. Neurological function defective score Fugl Meyer assessment (FMA) and mobile capability of daily life (MBL) were estimated before and after the treatment in both the two groups. Results Significant differences in neurological function defective score FMA and MBI were noticed between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Traditional medici'ne and early rehabilitation treatment can improve dyskinesia of patients with cerebral palsy,and the therapeutic effect of treatment with electronic biofeedback therapy is much better.
