电磁辐照致大鼠睾丸间质细胞超微结构的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过观察大鼠电磁辐照后睾丸超微结构的改变,初步探讨电磁辐照致睾丸间质细胞损伤的特点。方法采用电镜技术,分别观察大鼠照射后3、6、24和72h间质细胞超微结构的变化。结果电磁辐射后3~72h,表现为间质细胞线粒体明显肿胀,内质网明显扩张。结论电磁辐照后早期即可引起大鼠睾丸间质细胞损伤,睾丸间质细胞为电磁辐照的敏感细胞。 Objective To observe the changes of ultrastrueture and discuss the characteristic of rat leydig cells after electromagnetic irradiation. Methods The contents of uhrastructure of leydig cells at 3,6,2,1 ,and 72 hours after electromagnetic irradiation and control rats were observed by electron microscope. Results Ultrastructure displays mitochondrion swelling and endoplasmic reticulum dilataltion after electromagnetic irradiation. Conclusion Electro magnetic irradiation may damage the leydig cells of rats,and leydig cell may become sensitive one on electromagnetic irradiation.
