欧兰宁与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的对照研究被引量：1

摘要目的评价欧兰宁与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将48例符合中国精神疾病诊断标准(CCMD-3)精神分裂症诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,分别给予欧兰宁与氯丙嗪治疗,于治疗前和治疗后8周末以简明精神病量表、不良反应量表评定其疗效和不良反应。结果欧兰宁起效快,不良反应少,总体疗效与氯丙嗪相近,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论欧兰宁是一种安全有效的新一代抗精神病药物,适合门诊精神分裂症患者使用。
