摘要
以苹果渣为原料,采用碱性过氧化氢法提取苹果木聚糖,分析了过氧化氢质量分数、溶液pH值、时间和温度对木聚糖提取率影响。结果表明,溶液pH值和反应时间对木聚糖提取率具有极显著性影响,过氧化氢质量分数和反应温度具有显著性影响,当过氧化氢质量分数为2.5%,pH值12.5,温度为50℃,反应时间为8h时,木聚糖的提取率可达86%。
The xylan from apple pomace were extracted by alkaline peroxide, and the influence of the concentration of peroxide, pH, reaction time and temperature for the extraction ratio were anzlyzed. The results showed that the pH and reaction time have highly significant effect on the recovery of xylan, and the effect of the concentration of peroxide and temperature was significant. The recovery of xylan was 86% when the concentration of peroxide was 2.5%, pH 12.5, temperature was 50 ℃ and time was 8 h.
