摘要 以葡萄籽为原料,进行超临界CO2萃取葡萄籽油的研究。以提取率为指标,对夹带剂和夹带剂料液比进行优选,通过正交试验对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,萃取压力30MPa,CO2流量27kg/h,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间3h,平均提取率15.12%。 The grape seed was used as raw materials to extract grape seed oil by the supercritical CO2 extraction were studied in this paper. The extraction yield was taken as examination index, optimizing the entrainment agent and solid-liquid ratios were optimized by the orthogonal design, the best extract conditions: the pressure was 30 MPa, the flow rate of CO2 was 27 kg/h, the temperature was 50 ℃, the time was 3 h, percentage extraction was 15.12%.
