摘要
食品检测技术学习领域是高职食品类专业课程体系的重要组成部分,根据基本检测方法,分为食品感官检验、理化检验和微生物检验三大类课程。从食品检验学习领域的视角,对化学基础与分析技术、食品理化检验技术、食品仪器分析技术、食品微生物检验技术、食品感官检验技术等课程进行了定位。
Learning area of food inspection technology is one of the important parts in Food Specialty course-system in higher vocational colleges, based on the basic inspection, the major courses include "Food Sensory Detection Food Physical and Chemical Detection Food Microbiological Detection" . From the study area of food detection, Basic Chemisty and Analytical Technology, Food Physical and Chemical Detection Technology, Food Instrumental Analytical Technology, Food Microbiological Detection Technology and Food Sensory Detection Technology were located.
