摘要
粘接夹具是同步器生产制造过程中使用的一种专用夹具,其核心零件是底座和压锥,它们的加工精度决定了粘接夹具的装配精度。底座和压锥的锥面大头尺寸的公差非常小,在加工过程中使用普通的量具无法直接测量准确,须送精测室使用三坐标测量仪测其实际值,在磨削的过程中需多次测量,这样就严重影响了生产效率。笔者提出将锥面大头尺寸及公差转换到高度方向,有效将其公差范围放大,通过保证高度方向尺寸及公差,间接保证锥面大头尺寸及公差。实际应用表明:笔者所采用的方法简单实用,废品率低,并且能提高生产效率,从而具有普遍的推广性。
Bonding fixture is a kind of special fixture in the process of production-manufacturing of synchronizer, the core parts of it are pedestal and piezocone, the working accuracy of them determine the assembly accuracy. It is known that the tolerance of the gordonia cone size about pedestal and piezocone is so small that it can' t be measured accurately directly in the process of making when we use the ordinary measure, and it need to be send to the precision measuring room to measure its actual value using the coordinate measuring machine and be measured for many times in the process of grinding, doing like this will impact on the productivity seriously. The author proposed that the gordonia cone size and the tolerance can be converted to the direction of height, so enlarging the limits of tolerance effectively and ensuring the gordonia cone size and the tolerance indirectly through ensuring the direction of height and the tolerance. The practical application shows the method of the author has the advantages of simple, practical and low waste, so it is worth being promoted universally.
