摘要
教师的教学能力是影响教学质量和效果的关键性因素,更是高师生综合素质的重要组成部分。本文从分析教学能力的内涵和构成着手,通过透视当前师范生教学能力存在的诸多问题,探析高师学生教学能力培养体系的构建策略。
Teaching ability is not only the main influencing factor of teaching quality and effect,but also an important part of comprehensive quality for normal university students.This paper points out the existing problems of ability cultivation for the normal university students,and tries to explore the construction strategies of the teaching ability system.
