The thesis for bachelor degree,which reflects the English majors＇ ability of language,initiative research and humanity makings,plays an important role in teaching assessment as well as an index of specialty evaluation.In the meanwhile,it is an indispensible step of teaching practice in the procession of graduate program.Thus the language teachers and students have to attach much importance to the thesis improvement and quality.The present paper attempts to cultivate the students＇ information literacy in the light of thesis writing lessons and direction so as to improve their thesis writing,research capacity and imitative ideas as well.
