我院麻醉药品药物利用及处方分析

Analysis of drug using and prescription of narcotic drug in our hospital

目的了解我院麻醉药品的使用情况,评价临床用药的合理性。为合法、安全、合理地使用麻醉药品提供参考。方法采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)作为药物利用研究和评价单位,统计我院2007-2009年麻醉药品处方,对麻醉药品的名称、剂量、用法用量、剂型等进行统计和分析。结果吗啡缓释片、哌替啶注射液、吗啡注射液的用量占该院麻醉药品的前3位;DUI排序前3位的是芬太尼注射液、吗啡缓释片、哌替啶注射液。不同麻醉药物在不同性别和年龄阶段有较大的用药差异。大部分处方使用基本合理,大多在DDD范围内。结论我院麻醉处方的使用情况基本合理,医师和药师应更加重视麻醉药品的使用和管理。

Objective To understand the situation using of narcotic drug and evaluate the clinical use of drugs, for a legal, safe and rational using of narcotic drug to provide reference. Methods Recommended defined daily doses （DDD） and drug use index（DUI） as a drug utilization research and evaluation units. From 2007 to 2009 ,prescription of narcotic drugs,the name of narcotic drugs, dosage, usage, dosage, dosage form were statemented and analysed. Results Morphine sustained-re- lease tablets, pethidine injection,morphine injection accounted for hospital using of narcotic drug, the top three; DUI sort the top three was the fentanyl injection, morphine sustained-release tablets, pethidine injection. Different narcotic drug in different gender and age had differences greater medication. Most of the basic rational prescription used, mostly in the context of DDD. Conclusion Narcotic prescription using in our hospital was basically rational, doctors and pharmacists should be more empha- sis on the use of narcotic drug and management.
