摘要
丹参为中国重要中草药,临床上广泛用来治疗心血管疾病。研究丹参的组织培养和植株再生。结果表明,在幼茎、幼叶、花蕾等3种外植体中,幼茎为最佳外植体;6-BA,NAA或2,4-D不同激素组合中,以MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+2,4-D0.5 mg/L为最佳的愈伤组织诱导培养基,MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L为最佳的芽诱导培养基;IAA,IBA和NAA3种激素中,以1/2 MS+IBA0.5 mg/L为最佳的丹参试管苗生根培养基。
Salvia miltiorrhiza is one of important Chinese herb medicines, widely used for treating coronary heart disease in clinical. Tissue culture and plantlets regeneration of Salvia miltiorrhiza were systematically studied here. The results showed: the young stem was the best explants for inducing callus formation and bud regeneration among the 3 explants including young stem,leaf and alabastrum. Murasshige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.5mg/L and 2,4-D0. 5 mg/L was suitable for the induction of callus, however, MS medium supplemented with 6-BA1.0 mg/L and NAA0.5mg/L was good for the propagation of bud among the 3 tested phytohormones 6-BA, 2,4-D and NAA. For inducing rooting of regenerated buds, 1/2 MS supplemented with IBA 0.5mg/L was best among the 3 tested hormones IAA, IBA and NAA.
