摘要
以翠绿、Y1、Y2、京薯1号、京薯2号、福薯7-6等菜用甘薯品种为试验材料,通过对不同采摘期的甘薯茎叶鲜产、干重、以及地下薯块产量的比较,对品种进行筛选评价。结果表明:7月4日至7月25日是菜用甘薯茎尖生产最旺盛时期,7月25日至8月14日是茎叶鲜产、水分含量最高的时期,即茎叶最鲜嫩、食用效果最好的时期;京薯1号、Y2是茎叶产量最高的品种;京薯2号是采摘茎尖后对地下部产量影响最小的品种;京薯1号、Y2是适于在北京地区作为菜用甘薯种植的品种。
In order to evaluate and screen the varieties, the fresh weight, dry weight and tuber yield were in Cuilv,Y1, Y2, Jingshul, Jingshu2 and Fushu7-6 compared at different stages. The results showed that: (1) 4th Jul. to 25th Jul. was the best day for stem tips of sweet potatoes; and 25th Jul to 14th Aug. was the suitable day for stem leaf, during this day the leaf water content was the highest; (2) the stem-leaf yield of Jingshu 1 and Y2 were higher than others; (3) for tuber yield, Jingshu 2 was affected minimally by removing the stem tips; (4) Jingshu 1 and Y2 were the best choice to cultivate in Beijing area vegetable use sweet potato.
