摘要
SSR分子标记技术已经在农作物品种鉴定上广泛应用,利用SSR标记对新选育的大豆品种北农103和其亲本品种中黄18进行分子鉴定,期望通过分子标记鉴别上述2个品种。结果表明,在随机选取330对大豆SSR引物中,有7对引物在2个品种间表现出清晰差异带,可以作为分子标记区分北农103和中黄18,并在今后的品种纯度鉴定上应用。
In order to provide molecular basis,SSR technque was used to identify approval soybean varieties BN103 and its parents ZhongHuang18. The results indicated that a total of seven primer pairs could valid identify these two varieties out of 330 SSR primers and had distinct bands, these primers could be applied for the identification of seed purity.
