背俞穴挑治配合针刺治疗冠心病室性心律失常疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Piercing Back-Shu Points plus Acupuncture in Treating Ventricular Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察背俞穴挑治配合针刺治疗冠心病室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将60例冠心病室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用背俞穴挑治配合针刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论背俞穴挑治配合针刺治疗是治疗冠心病室性心律失常的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of piercing Back-Shu points plus acupuncture in treating ventricular arrhythmia in coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty patients with ventricular arrhythmia in coronary heart disease were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received piercing Back-Shu points plus acupuncture and the control group, medication. Results The total efficacy rate were 93.3% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Piercing Back-Shu points plus acupuncture is an effective way to treat ventricular arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.
