摘要 对TP304H钢管在电厂长期高温运行后的组织变化和析出相进行了研究和分析,所得结果表明在长期高温、高压的运行过程中,TP304H钢管组织特征发生明显变化,析出相增加,主要是M23C6型碳化物和σ相,并随着析出物的增加,奥氏体耐热钢的机械性能下降,直至被破坏。为此,指出高温是影响析出相形成的主要因素。 Microstructure variation and precipitate phase of TP304H steel tube after long-term high temperature using in power plant was investigated. The results showed that during long-term high temperature/pressure operation, TP304H steel tube underwent notable microstructure variation; the carbide M23 C6 and σ phase separated out; with the increase of precipitate, the mechanical performance of austenitic heat-resistant steel deteriorated until being destructed. It is indicated that high temperature is the major factor for precipitate phase to form.
