摘要
为了解决通用交流-直流-交流电压型低压变频器输入电流谐波含量较高的问题,开发了一种新型变频装置。该装置整流部分采用可控正弦脉冲宽度调制(sine pulse width modulation,SPWM)整流器,经可控整流桥的控制,使输入电流近似为正弦波;硬件采用单片机微控制器和绝缘栅双极晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)驱动电路;软件上采用电流电压反馈控制方案,将电动机制动能量回馈给电网。实际应用表明,该装置具有谐波电流小、功率因数高、节能效果比较显著的特点。
A new-type frequency converter has been developed to solve the problem of high harmonic content in input current of general AC-DC-AC voltage-type LV frequency converter. For its rectifying part, controllable sine pulse width modulation (SPWM) rectifier is adopted, and input current is made approximate to sine wave upon control by controllable rectifier bridge; single-chip computer microcontroller and insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) drive circuit are adopted for hardware; as to its software, current and voltage feedback control scheme is used to feed the motor braking energy back to power grid. Practical application shows that the new-type frequency converter is featured by small harmonic current, large power factor and remarkable energy-saving effect.
