摘要
针对几种常用的二次回路窃电方法,对电力负荷管理系统反窃电功能的设计思路进行了探讨,确定了对于用电异常事件的筛选原则,并介绍了深圳供电局电力负荷管理系统的实际应用情况,其反窃电功能为用电检查工作提供了重要的技术支撑。
The design ideas of anti electricity stealing function for power load management system are discussed aiming at several common secondary-circuit electricity stealing methods. The screening principles of abnormal power consumption events are determined, and the applications of power load management system in Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau are described, whose anti electricity stealing function provides important technical support for inspection of electric power consumption.
