摘要
针对比利时CMI公司单压余热锅炉效率下降的原因,阐述了GT13E2型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组双压配置改造的重要性、可行性及双压配置改造方案,并对改造前后余热锅炉和联合循环的性能进行了对比分析,实践证明了双压配置改造是成功的,联合循环发电热效率由原来的48.5%提高到49.8%,提升了1.3%,达到设计性能基本要求。
In view of the considerable decrease in the efficiency of single-pressure heat recovery boiler manufactured by CMI, Belgium, the modification importance, feasibility and scheme of double-pressure configuration for GT13E2 gas-steam combined cycle unit are expounded. The performances of heat recovery boiler and combined cycle before and after the modification are compared and analyzed. The modification is proved successful in practice, the heat efficiency of combined cycle generation being improved by 1.3% from 48.5% to 49.8% and meeting the basic requirement of designed performance.
