云南省昆钢地区高血压患病情况调查

An Epidemiological Survey of Hypertension in Kun Steel District of Yunnan Province

目的对云南省昆钢地区成人高血压病知晓率、治疗率、控制率进行抽样调查,以了解高血压病在云南省城市人群中的流行情况.方法采取整群抽样方式随机选取地区35岁以上常住人口2278名,在多项健康信息问卷调查基础上按统一标准完成体格检查、血压、身高、体重、体围、体表12导联心电图等检测.所有数据录入计算机并采用SSPS10.0软件进行统计分析.结果 (1)2278人中,男性933人,女性1345人,年龄最小35岁,最大85岁,平均(54±08)岁,女性BMI显著高于男性(P=0.005).共检出高血压患者919人,患病率为40.3%;(2)体重超标、腰围/臀围比值(WHR)女性显著高于男性(P<0.01),WHR≥0.85(男)及WHR≥0.80(女)比例男女分别为56.4%和65.1%,女性显著高于男性(P<0.01);男性吸烟率及饮酒率分别高达52.6%和53.7%.结论云南省昆钢地区城市人群中,高血压病患病率偏高,提示高血压病防治必须进一步加强.因此积极消除危险因素,改变不良生活方式,加强常规体检,发展健康教育等在高血压病防治中十分重要.

Objective To knowthe current prevalence of hypertension in the population in city of Yunnan province by analyzing the status of awareness,treatment rate,and control rate of people in Kun Steel district.Methods We randomly selected 2 278 over 35 years old residents in Kun Steel district of Yunnan by cluster sampling method.A questionnaire survey about health-related information and physical examination were conducted in the selected residents.The physical examination included the blood pressure（BP）,height,body weight,body mass index（BM）I,and 12-lead ECG etc.All data were analyzed by SPSS10.0 soft ware.Results（1） Among the selected 2 278 people,there were 933 men and 1 345 women,the yongest was 35 years and the oldest was 85 years,the average age was 54.08 years.The BMI of women was significantly higher than that of men（P=0.005）.919 people were found with hypertension,and the prevalence of hypertension in Kungang was 40.3%.（2） The incidence of overweight and the WHR of women were significantly higher than men（P〈0.01）,the proportion ofmen with WHR≥0.85 and women with WHR≥0.80 was 56.4% and 65.1% respectively.The percentages of smoking and drinking for men were 52.6% and 53.7%,respectively.The prevalence of hypertension increased obviously with the BMI in these populations.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension is higher in Kun Steel district of Yunnan province,suggesting that further measures should be taken to pre-vent hypertension.Therefore,it is important to deliminate risk factors,change bad life styles,strengthen regular physical examination,and develop health education in the prevention of hypertension.
