Reconstruction and evaluation of acetabular fractures with posterior wall defects

对于粉碎性、压缩性、缺损性的髋臼后壁骨折,如果手术方法不当,往往造成头臼关系的不匹配,发生创伤性髋关节炎和关节功能障碍。如何重建髋臼后壁缺损?这是当前学者们面临的重大挑战。笔者通过复习有关髋臼后壁缺损的文献资料,探讨了应用自体髂骨解剖性重建的临床意义。

Inappropriate treatment for acetabular posterior wall fractures with features of being comminuted,compressive and defective often results in high complication rates and poor clinical results.The rate of posttraumatic arthritis is generally high,especially when the anatomy has not been restored completely.How to reconstruct the posterior wall defect is one of the most challenges for researchers.We performed a literature review of posterior acetabular defects,so as to assess the clinical utility of anatomic reconstruction with iliac autograft.
