脑灌注CT成像技术诊断轻型颅脑损伤缺血性损害 被引量:7

摘要 患者摔到后右枕部着地,随即出现头昏、恶心、呕吐,左侧肢体乏力。入院急诊CT平扫未见异常。CT血管成像(CTA)提示右侧大脑中动脉分支减少,远端细小;灌注CT成像(PCT)显示右侧颞顶枕叶交界区大片血流灌注减低区,提示脑供血不足。治疗后患者病情恢复,复查血管造影(DSA)相应血管未见明显狭窄。结合外伤病史考虑为颅脑外伤后致右侧大脑中动脉痉挛,并相应供血区域缺血性改变。可见PCT能够早期发现创伤后脑组织的血流动力学改变,明显较CT平扫敏感,有助于临床及时诊断及治疗。
