摘要
根据5 m粗轧宽厚板轧机490 t牌坊铸件结构和技术要求,进行工艺分析和工艺设计,利用Magma凝固模拟软件验证、优化工艺,开发出了工艺参数合理、操作方便的生产工艺。生产结果,牌坊铸件经粗加工后按标准超声波和磁粉探伤检查,整个铸件达到了质量要求。
In this paper, the main stress part of the 5-meter wide-thick plate rolling mill, the roll housing casting with 490 tons was introduced, and According to its structural and technical requirements, a casting technology with reasonable parameters and convenient operation was developed by analysis of its technological characteristics, design of its technology, application of Magma solidification simulation software and verification and optimization of the process. The result is that the roll housing casting by ultrasonic test and magnetic test according to the standards after rough machining completely satisfied for the quality requirement of the casting.
