摘要
介绍一种新型环境友好型易切削磷钙黄铜的制备工艺和方法,于中频感应炉中熔制无铅易切削黄铜铸锭,并对其组织、力学性能和切削性能进行研究。结果表明,加入适量的P、Ca等元素取代Pb,形成的金属间化合物弥散分布在相界面上,并且具有脆而不硬的特性。磷钙黄铜的切削性能大致与含铅黄铜HPb59-1相当。
The process to prepare a new kind of friend environmental free-cutting P-Ca brass was introduced. The casting ingots of lead-free and free-cutting brass were prepared in a medium frequency induction furnace. Their microstructures, mechanical and cutting properties were studied. The results show that, in order to replace Pb, appropriate amount of P and Ca were added, which formed brittle and soft intermetallics and dispersedly distributed on phase boundaries, and met the requirement of free-cutting. The comprehensive properties of P-Ca brass can be as good as that of HPb59-1.
