摘要
以商业化的Ti、Al粉体为原料,通过机械球磨工艺,制备纳米级Al3Ti粉体。采用Al3Ti粉体对ZL101合金进行细化处理,与Al-5Ti合金的细化效果比较,纳米级Al3Ti粉体显示出更好的细化效果。其机理是在相同的含钛量(0.1%)下,纳米级Al3Ti粉体在铝液中能够形成更多的结晶核心。
Nanometer AI3Ti powder was prepared by mechanical grinding using commercial powder of Ti and AI, Refine treatment of ZL101 alloy was performed by using AI3Ti powder and AI-STi respectively.
