基于Inventor的知识化冲压系统

摘要 将知识工程应用于冲压模具的工艺设计过程,提出基于知识化的冲压工艺方案,介绍了冲压工艺知识库的表达和构建,研究了冲压工序推理规则,在inventor平台上按照冲压流程进行冲压系统的设计。实例表明该系统能够很好的满足模具设计的智能化和快速化要求。 Knowledge project was applied into the process design course of the press mold to develop a press working system based on knowledge. Firstly the press process project based on knowledge was brought forward, then the expression and construction of the press process knowledge bank was studied, and the press process inference rule was studied, finally the design of the press working system was performed on INVENTOR platform according to the press procedural flow. The example showed that this system could meet the requirement on intelligent and rapid mold design.
