福建省天气气候预报预测技术发展综述

Review of Fujian Weather and Climate Prediction ＆ Forecast Technologies Development

本文系统总结了福建省天气气候预报预测技术发展的现状，分析了福建省天气气候预报预测面临的机遇和挑战，提出了发展趋势和战略对策。21世纪，天气气候预报预测要大力推进气象科技创新，研制客观、精细的天气预报技术和方法，增强气象防灾减灾和对经济社会发展的服务能力，为海峡西岸经济区建设及我省的社会经济发展提供强有力的气象科技支撑与安全保障。

Herein based on the systematical summary of the development status of Fujian meteorological forecasting and prediction technology, authors investigated the opportunities and challenges of Fujian weather and climate prediction then proposed the development trends and strategic countermeasures. In the 21st century, we should energetically advance scientific and technological innovation in weather and climate prediction and forecast, develop objective and precise meteorological forecasting techniques and methods to enhance the service capacity for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation and socio-economic development, so as to provide the powerful meteorological science and technology support and security guarantee for the development of Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone （WTSEZ） and socio-economic development of Fujian province.
