保留前交叉韧带下止点残端前交叉韧带重建术的临床效果 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨保留ACL下止点残端重建术治疗ACL损伤的临床效果。方法应用股薄肌、半腱肌肌腱重建治疗ACL损伤42例,术中保留ACL下止点残端。结果膝关节伸直受限5°者3例,屈曲受限10°者2例。Lachamn试验阳性4例。Lysholm评分术前平均58分,术后平均89分。Tegner运动评分术前平均5.2分,术后平均6.2分。无并发独眼畸胎畸形。结论保留残端重建ACL治疗ACL损伤具有良好的临床效果。
