1124例前牙外伤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 1124 cases of anterior teeth injury

目的探讨前牙外伤的流行病学特点、最佳治疗方案以及预防措施。方法对1124例前牙外伤患者的病因、临床分类、治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果前牙外伤的发病存在年龄、性别、致伤因素的差异;交通事故伤为主要伤因,预后与年龄及就诊时间有明显关系。结论前牙外伤严重影响青少年的生活质量和身心健康,加强对其预防和及时处理是十分必要的。

Objective To investigate the epidemiologic characteristic,the optimal treatment and protective measure of anterior teeth injury.Methods The data of etiology,clinical classification and treatment of 1124 cases of anterior teeth injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results Traffic accident was the main cause of anterior teeth injury. The prognosis was partially related to age of the patients and the time of treatment.Conclusion Teeth injury severely influcences teenagers＇ living quality and physical or psychological health. It is fully necessary to strengthen the prevention and timely treatment of teeth injury.
