摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是危害人类健康最严重的心脑血管疾病之一,故阻止AS的进展已成为基础医学与临床医学研究的热点。AS以血管平滑肌细胞增生、脂质沉积形成粥样硬化斑块为特征,并伴有炎症性疾病的病理现象,如变质。 Mononuclear cells(MNCs) isolatedfrommammal'sbonemarrowandperipheral bloodbymeansof Ficoll density grandient centrifugation,which are composed of monocytes and lymphocytes,can differentiate into different progenitor cells with different functions in the development of atherosclerosis under different inducing conditions. This article described the induction conditions of MNCs,the identification methods of different progenitor cells,and the relationship between these progenitor cells and the development of atherosclerosis,thus provide a new idea for the prevention of the atherosclerosis.
