长柄电刀治疗声门型喉癌

摘要 微创手术是现代外科手术治疗的发展趋势，喉显微手术逐渐在普及。喉癌显微手术也被大家所重视，其稳定的疗效和显著的优越性已被越来越多的同道认可。其功能及结构恢复良好、组织损伤小，患者经济负担减轻。我科于1998年3月-2009年8月间应用自制长柄电刀（长柄电刀以普通电刀为基础，将一适当长度和粗细的克氏针焊接而成，外面再用绝缘套保护，只露出5mm头）对声门型癌行支撑显微喉镜下电切术20例，报告如下：
