摘要
对2A12和7B04两种高强铝合金在不同暴露面积时的点腐蚀特征进行了研究,并引入表面腐蚀损伤度对铝合金的腐蚀损伤进行量化表征,通过图像处理得到的腐蚀形貌二值图来计算其腐蚀损伤度。结果表明:在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl盐水浸渍实验环境中,这两种铝合金材料发生点腐蚀与其暴露面积有关,而且存在着一个发生点腐蚀的暴露面积临界值。随着试样暴露面积的增大,铝合金的表面腐蚀损伤度呈增加趋势;当暴露面积小于发生点腐蚀的暴露面积临界值时,则没有明显的点腐蚀特征;另外,铝合金材料不同该暴露面积临界值也不同。
The corrosion characteristics of high strength aluminum alloys(2A12 and 7B04) with different exposed areas by 3.5%(mass fraction) NaCl salt water immersion test were investigated.The corrosion damage ratio was calculated through the binary image that obtained from image processing.The results indicate that the size of exposed area of the specimens can affect the pit corrosion of both 2A12 and 7B04 aluminum alloys in salt water immersion condition.No obvious pitting characteristic can be observed when the exposed area is smaller than a certain value,which is termed as the critical area of pitting corrosion.The pitting corrosion damage ratio improves with increase of exposed area.In addition,the difference of the critical areas between 2A12 and 7B04 aluminum alloys shows that the components of the aluminum alloys can affect the critical value.
