摘要
按照莫来石料的化学组成要求,以高铝矾土和煤矸石为基料,需要时加入少量的活性Al2O3微调成分,配成多组混合料,将混合料分别经磨细、过滤、烘干、成型、干燥、煅烧工艺后,测定合成料的性能。结果表明:采用此工艺方法可制备出莫来石料,加与不加烧结助剂试样的烧结温度分别为1600℃和1700℃,莫来石料的显气孔率分别为1.0%和2.5%以下,体积密度分别为2.75g.cm-3和2.87g.cm-3以上,并具有较高的荷重软化温度,分别为1590℃和1600℃。
Mixture was prepared by broken bauxite and coal gangue,adding a small quantity of active Al2O3,after milling,filtrating,drying,moloding,desiccating and calcining the mixture,the synthetical mullite grogs were produced,and the properties of synthetical mullite grogs were measured.Results show that the bauxite-based mullite grogs can be made by the method,sintering temperatures of specimens with and without MgO/CeO2 sintering aids are 1600℃ and 1700℃ separately,the mullite grogs with apparent porosity of 〈1.0% and 2.5%,bulk density of ≥2.75g·cm^-3 and 2.87g·cm^-3,and higher refracteriness-under-load,which indicates good hot strength properties.
