复合添加微量Er,Y对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr合金板组织与力学性能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Minor Er and Y Addition to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr Alloy on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties

摘要 采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、硬度测试和室温拉伸等分析技术研究了在Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr合金中复合添加微量稀土元素Er和Y对其组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr合金中添加适量的Er和Y能显著抑制合金再结晶,延缓合金峰值时效的时间,增强合金时效强化的效果。在Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr合金中添加总量为0.4%(质量分数)的Er和Y能使合金轧制板的抗拉强度提高到624.4MPa,屈服强度达到602.9MPa,延伸率达12.5%,使合金轧制板具有较好的综合力学性能。 Effects of minor Er and Y addition to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy on the microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),hardness test and tensile properties measurement.The results indicate that minor Er and Y addition to the alloy evidently restrains the recrystallization of the tested alloys,delays the peak aging time and enhances the strengthening effect by aging.When the total addition of Er and Y is 0.4%(mass fraction),the σb,σ0.2 and δ of the tested alloy are 624.4,602.9MPa and 12.5%,which are greatly improved compared with the addition-free.
