加快我国生殖医学伦理委员会的建设设想

Ideas on promoting the development of reproductive medical ethics committees in China

伴随辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)的快速发展,生殖医学伦理委员会的伦理调控功能变得越来越重要。目前颁布的法律法规在生殖医学伦理委员会的构建与实施方面缺乏具体可行的操作程序。探索生殖医学伦理委员会的教育、审查与监督的标准化体系,借鉴国外或医院伦理委员会的经验是实现生殖医学伦理委员会快速发展的最有效手段。

With the rapid development of assisted reproductive technology（ART）,the reproductive ethics committee is playing an increasingly important role in dealing with ART-derived ethical issues.The current laws and regulations fail to give specific suggestions for the construction of the reproductive ethics committee.The most effective means to the construction and development of the reproductive ethics committee could be the establishment of scientific programs for reproductive ethics education,standardization of review and supervision systems,and drawing on the experiences of the ethics committees in other hospitals and foreign countries.
