摘要 表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry,SELDI-TOF-MS)技术是较有效的蛋白质组学研究手段,虽然目前尚未应用于临床常规实验室诊断,但已广泛应用于肿瘤、传染病、心血管病和神经系统疾病的研究。近年来,SELDI-TOF-MS技术试用于器官移植领域,如急性移植排斥反应的早期诊断、移植相关疾病的诊断、疾病相关蛋白的鉴定,探讨疾病的发生机制,展现了该技术在器官移植中的广阔应用前景。 Surface-enhanced laser desorption / ionization time-of-flight-mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS),one of the most promising approaches to proteomic research,is widely used in the studies of cancer,contagious diseases,cardiovascular diseases,and diseases of the nervous system,although not yet applied to routine clinical laboratory diagnosis.Recently this technique has been attempted in the field of organ transplantation,such as early diagnosis of acute rejection,diagnosis of transplantation-related diseases,identification of disease-associated proteins,and exploration of the pathogenesis of some diseases,which indicates the vast application prospect of SELDI-TOF-MS in the field of organ transplantation.
