摘要
目的对东莞市石排镇李家坊双人墓出土的两具明代古尸骨骸进行人类学鉴定和塑化保存。方法依据古尸骨骸的部分骨性标志、牙齿磨耗程度特征和长骨长度等参数,按邵象清、吴汝康等的人体测量方法,对古尸骨骸的性别、年龄和身高等进行鉴定;并采用生物塑化技术对古尸骨骸进行塑化保存。结果骨骸M1为男性、年龄为55~65岁之间、身高为160cm左右;M2为女性、年龄为45~55岁之间、身高为155cm左右。经塑化保存一年多来效果良好。结论两具骨骸的鉴定和塑化保存对研究东莞市明代社会发展具有重要意义;生物塑化技术是长期优质保存出土古尸骨骸的有效途径。
Objective To identify and preserve the unearthed bones from double tomb of Ming Dynasty in Li Jiafang of Shipai town in Dongguan city. Methods The Anthropologie physique measurement established by Shao Xiangqing and Wu Rukang were used to identify the sex, age and length according to the bonymarks, the teeth characteristics and length of the long bone. The biological plastication method was carried out to preserve the bones from the ancient tomb of Ming Dynasty. Results The human remains M1 was a man, 55 to 65 years old, about 160 cm height; M2 was a woman, 45 to 55 years old, about 155 cm height. The unearthed bones have been preserved in a good condition for more than one year. Conclusion The identification and preservation of the unearthed bones play an important role in studying the social development in Ming Dynasty in Dongguan city and the biological plastication method is an effective way to preserve unearthed human bones for long time.
