摘要
肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是以腹痛或腹部不适,伴有大便性状改变和排便习惯改变为特征的功能性肠道疾病,是消化科常见的疾病之一。随着研究的深入,发现IBS不仅在细胞水平,而且在蛋白酶信号系统、基因等分子生物学水平也存在异常。本文对近年IBS的基因及蛋白酶信号系统的分子机制研究进展做一综述。
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders in which abdominal discomfort or pain is associated with changes of bowel habit and features of disordered defecation.A number of recent studies have provided evidence of abnormal cell number in intestinal mucosa of IBS.Abnormal protease signalling and gene play pathogenic roles in IBS.This review highlights recent advances in gene and protease signalling research association with IBS.
