打压植骨在人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用

Impaction Bone Grafting in Arthroplasty of Femoral Head Replacements for Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly

目的:评价打压植骨技术在人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床应用情况。方法:对2000年3月～2008年6月间51例80岁以上高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者行人工股骨头置换术时采用打压植骨技术。结果:51例均获得随访,随访时间12～56月,平均34.5个月,末次随访的Harris髋关节评分,优良率90.2%。末次X光片显示:骨折均骨性愈合,未见骨水泥渗漏,未见假体松动下沉。结论:人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折中采用打压植骨技术,疗效满意,有利于早期下地,减少并发症的发生,降低假体松动的发生率。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical results of impaction bone grafting（IBG）in arthroplasty of femoral head replacements for intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods：Fifty-one cases of intertrochanteric fracture underwent femoral head replacement with IBG from March 2000 to February 2008.Results：All cases were followed up for 12-56 months（averagely 34.5 months）.Excellent rate was 90.2 % according to Harris score at the last follow-up.The X-ray at the final follow-up showed that all fractures obtained bone union,and there was no cement leakage or prosthesis loosening.Conclusion：The application of IBG used in arthroplasty of femoral head replacements for intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly is satisfactory,with early functional recovery and few complications.
