额颞痴呆的神经病理及分子遗传学研究进展
Recent advances in neuropathology and molecular genetics of frontotemporal dementia
摘要
额颞痴呆ffrontotemporal dementia，FTD）或额颞叶变性（frontotemporal lobar degeneration．FTLD）是一组以进行性行为异常、人格改变、语言障碍，而早期记忆相对保留为特征的临床综合征，是仅次于阿尔茨海默病（Alzhimer’s disease，AD）的一种原发退行性痴呆．占老年前期痴呆的20％。FTLD的神经分子病理呈异质性，实际是一疾病综合征，不同亚型的病因及发病机制可能不同。近年来对FTLD的神经病理及致病基因研究方面取得了较大进展。
