踝泵训练和周期性充气加压对预防股骨转子间及转子下骨折术后深静脉血栓的作用 被引量：5

摘要 股骨转子间及转子下骨折是老年人常见的骨折之一,早期进行内固定手术是目前治疗的首选方法.而患者术后下肢深静脉血栓（deep venous thrombosis,DVT）形成是常见的并发症,其中小腿DVT发生率高达40%～80%,近端DVT发生率也高达10%～20%.联合药物和物理治疗预防DVT为国内外专家所推荐.
