不同抛光方式对树脂复合体F2000表面黏附远缘链球菌的影响

摘要 目的:比较不同抛光方式处理的树脂复合体F2000表面黏附远缘链球菌的情况。方法:将树脂复合体F2000制备成直径4mm,厚1mm的试件,分为未处理组,抛光牙钻组,抛光碟组,抛光杯组和抛光刷组,每组各14个。新鲜唾液包被材料表面,放置于远缘链球菌菌液中,培养6h,24h后,做细菌活菌计数和吸光度值比较。结果:随着时间延长,细菌活菌计数和吸光度值增加,在各时间点,细菌活菌计数和吸光度值均以抛光牙钻组最大,抛光刷组最小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未处理组、抛光杯组和抛光碟组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:不同抛光方式能影响细菌在材料表面的黏附程度,抛光刷组细菌黏附最少。 AIM:To evaluate the effects of different polishing techniques on the adherence of Streptococcus sobrinus to surface of composite resin-F2000.METHODS:70 Composite resin-F2000 blocks (4 mm in diameter and 1 mm in thickness) were randomly divided into 5 groups and were polished for 10 s with polishing bur,polishing disc,polishing cup and polishing brush,respectively.Blocks with no polish served as controls.After polishing,the blocks were coated with fresh saliva and then placed into Streptococcus sobrinus suspensions.After 6 h and 24 h culture,the blocks were taken out and the bacteria attached to the surface were washed with 3 ml PBS ultrasonically.The OD value of the wash-out was measured.Furthermore,1 ml of the wash-out was further plated on agar culture medium for 48 h to count the number of live bacterial.RESULTS:The number of attached bacteria increased in time dependently.The OD value and viable cells in polishing bur group is significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05).However,the OD value and viable bacteria in polishing brush group is significantly lower than that of the control (P0.05).There was no significant difference among the control,polishing disc and polishing cup groups.CONCLUSION:Polishing methods affect the adherence of bacteria to composite resin surface.The adherence of the polishing brush group was the least.
