Inferior alveolar nerve injury caused by root canal therapy

摘要 根管治疗术(Rootcanal therapy,RCT)是目前用于牙髓病及根尖周病治疗的首选方法,由其引起下牙槽神经损伤是极少见的并发症,但后果十分严重,常给病人带来痛苦。该文就RCT引起的下牙槽神经损伤的病因及治疗两方面作一综述。 Root canal therapy （RCT） is currently the best treatment used for dental pulp disease and periapical disease.Injury of the inferior alveolar nerve caused by RCT is a rare but serious complication.In this paper,the etiology and therapy of the inferior alveolar nerve injury caused by RCT are reviewed.
