二氧化钛复合纸板对壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚水溶液的光催化降解 被引量:5

Photocatalytic degradation of aqueous nonylphenol ethoxylate-10 by titanium dioxide composite sheets

摘要 制备了一系列无机物含量大于80%的植物纤维/吸附剂/二氧化钛复合纸板,考察了复合纸板对壬基酚聚氧乙稀醚(NP-10)水溶液的光催化降解性能.结果表明,二氧化钛复合纸板对NP-10具有优良光催化降解性能,紫外光照34h后浓度为50mg·mL-1的NP-10的降解率达80%以上,光照前后NP-10水溶液的化学需氧量(COD)的变化表明,光催化降解可导致NP-10矿化.活性炭对二氧化钛光催化降解有协同作用,其在无机粉体中的质量分数为15%时,复合纸板的光催化降解性能最好.过氧化氢可大幅提高复合纸板的光催化降解性能,其最佳浓度为20mg·mL-1.二氧化钛复合纸板在NP-10水溶液中的稳定性好,重复使用10次后其质量损失小于2%,光催化降解性能不变. Serial composite sheets containing titanium dioxide,plant fiber and adsorbent(activated carbon,zeolite,silicate,or bentonite)were prepared,and were used for photocatalytic degradation on Nonylphenol Ethoxylate-10(NP-10)in aqueous solution.The amount of the inorganic materials in the sheets was greater than 80%.The sheets exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity for degradation of NP-10.After UV irradiation for 34 h,more than 80% of NP-10(50 mg·L^-1)was degraded,and the COD was also notably decreased,indicating that NP-10 had been mineralized.Among several adsorbents,activated carbon was the best,showing a synergistic effect with TiO2 on NP-10 degradation,and its optimal loading onto the inorganic powder inside the sheet was 15%.Hydrogen peroxide could accelerate the photocatalytic degradation of NP-10,and the optimal concentration was 20 mg·L^-1.The titanium dioxide composite sheets had good stability,and the mass loss of the sheets was less than 2% after ten recycles of photocatalytic performance.
